Home From Home Pet Sitting And Boarding.

We will not accept any pets that has been or is aggressive towards other animals or humans.

If your pet does become aggressive or harms other pets or humans it will be re-homed immediately, at your emergency contact, you will be contacted as soon as possible, if your emergency contact is unavailable, your pet/s will be be re-boarded at a kennel of our choice, immediately.

Any cost incurred by this, will be paid by yourselves and not Home From Home Pet Sitting And Boarding.

Any monies paid to home from home pet sitting and boarding will not be refunded.

All pets must be fully house trained' no pets will be accepted if not. 

All food, bedding and toys are to be provided by yourself upon the day of booking

All pets must be fully vaccinated, wormed and had flea treatment, proof of vaccinations must be provided at the meet and greet appointment, if in the event of any flea or parasite infestation on your pet, it will be taken to the vet of your choice, and treatment or advise will be at the cost of yourself or emergency contact, and any cost will be paid by you or the emergency contact when the pets are to be picked up.

All pets must be microchipped and proof must be provided on the home from home pet sitting and boarding pet register.

Due to the dangerous dogs legislation these dogs, under no circumstances be boarded Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Braziliero.

If in the unfortunate event that your pet becomes ill or needs veterinary treatment, you, or emergency contact if you are unavailable, will be contacted as soon as possible, and we will discuss the situation.

A deposit of 25% will be required from yourself, it will be paid at the meet and greet appointment, if deposit is not paid, your booking will not be secured, the deposit is none refundable.

If in the unfortunate event Home From Home Pet Sitting And Boarding have to cancel your booking, any monies paid to ourselves will be refunded back to you.

No monies will be refunded if you fail to appear for your pets booking or stay with us
